The following policies outline our procedures for cancellations, rescheduling, walkthroughs, service claims, and more. 1. Cleaning Appointment Cancellations
- To avoid fees, cleaning appointments must be canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time.
- Late cancellations made within 24 hours will incur a $50 cancellation fee.
- This policy ensures we can effectively schedule our home and office cleaners across the metro area.
2. Rescheduling Your Cleaning Service
- You may reschedule your home cleaning or commercial cleaning appointment with a minimum of 24 hours' notice.
- A $25 rescheduling fee will apply to changes made within 24 hours of your scheduled cleaning.
- Our flexible rescheduling options are designed to make your experience smooth and reliable.
3. Final Walkthroughs After Cleaning
- A cleaning walkthrough inspection is offered at the end of every job.
- This allows customers to review the deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, or routine cleaning service before the team leaves.
- If declined, the service is considered satisfactory unless a claim is submitted within 24 hours (see below).
4. Service Claims & Re-Cleans
- If you are not satisfied with your cleaning service, please submit a claim within 24 hours of service completion.
- Without a timely claim, the job will be marked as completed and satisfactory.
- Our professional cleaners will return for corrections only if a valid claim is received within the 24-hour window.
5. Cleaning Corrections & Refunds
- Starbiz Cleaning LLC has 72 hours to correct any reported issues or missed areas.
- Refunds (partial or full) may be offered on a case-by-case basis if we are unable to resolve the issue within this timeframe.
- Refunds are not available if:
- The issue is reported after 24 hours.
- The customer declines a correction visit during the 72-hour period.
6. Property Access & Safety
- Customers must provide safe, secure, and accessible entry to the property for their scheduled cleaning service.
- Starbiz Cleaning LLC is not liable for damage resulting from:
- Unsafe work environments
- Poor maintenance
- Faulty appliances or fixtures
- Customer-supplied cleaning products
7. Licensing, Liability & Disclaimers
- Starbiz Cleaning LLC is a fully licensed, insured, and bonded cleaning company.
- We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.
- We are not responsible for:
- Pre-existing damage to surfaces or furniture
- Issues caused by neglected maintenance or unsafe conditions
