Usually 30–45 minutes. We record total square footage, number of floors, restrooms, break rooms and conference rooms, your flooring types, and average daily occupancy and foot traffic.

Each area is scored 1–5 — restrooms, lobby and entryway, offices, kitchen and break rooms, flooring, glass and windows, and the exterior. You see precisely where the gaps are before anyone talks price.

We scope the work and the schedule
Routine services plus any specialty work — floor stripping and waxing, carpet extraction, pressure washing, post-construction, medical-grade sanitization. Then the frequency that actually fits: 5× or 3× a week, daily, weekly, bi-weekly or a custom schedule.

Access, security and supplies
We sort the practical details up front — keys, codes and badge access, restricted or high-security areas to exclude, after-hours entry and vendor sign-in, insurance certificates, and who supplies consumables and paper products.
